Ever been to the county fair? The games, the rides, the clowns the ferris wheel, the diverse people. Kind of reminds me of social media. The entertainment, the games, the diverse people, the chance to get to know your community. Does BOTH help you get to know your community? Your local and long distance friends. Agree?

Ever been to the county fair?  The games, the rides, the clowns the ferris wheel, the diverse people.  Kind of reminds me of social media.  The entertainment, the games, the diverse people, the chance to get to know your community.  Does  BOTH help you get to know your community?  Your local and long distance friends.  Agree?  In your youngster years or maybe older years you go to the county fair.  A nice romantic ride on the ferris wheel to see your town from the very top.  Play a game and win a prize.  Play lots of games. Win lots of prizes.  Take a bunch of selfies.  With the clowns, with the rides, with your friends, with your family.  People watch much?  Observe the clothes, observe the parents and kids acting like perfect wonderful families.  Seeing the LOVE all around.  The fair is the time for family.  It’s quality time to bond and grow together.  Take a second and click on the Facebook LIVE question of TODAY below.

Facebook LIVE question of the day – The fair and social media – let’s be fair

NOW think about what YOUR answer would be about the difference between the county fair and social media.  Both can help bond, get to know better, and grow our community.  Our local one. Our global one.  I recall going to the county fair and riding the ferris wheel with a date.  A couple of trips to fairs and amusement parks with peers when younger and older were fun.  The same experience can be mimicked right here on social media or blogging.  The experience of connecting online can uncover common interests.  The sharing of fun posts on twitter or Facebook or youtube.  Laughing together.  Asking questions about life or how to grow a fruit tree.  Combining LIVE in person events with social media can be quite powerful.  I cool way to STAY IN TOUCH.  Agree?  Disagree?
