Day 6 – P90X – 6 days in row 1st time – KENPO – lot O kicks and punches and blocks – Bring it!!!

Definitely can’t let up.  Especially in 1st 6 days.  But we earned our first rest day tomorrow from p90x, but back monday for day 8!!  (Day 7 rest)  You can do it too!  You’ll really enjoy this one.  Wear loose clothes for this one.  1st timers, 2nd timers, 3rd timers, take it it slow, there is always another week to add more intensity. Just saying.
